En ejercicio de la facultad prevista en el artículo 64 del Acuerdo 02 de 2015, La Sala Segunda de Revisión decidió con esta providencia SUSPENDER los términos para fallar el presente proceso, a partir de la fecha en que se profirió éste y hasta tanto se recaude la prueba decretada en el Auto del 7 de mayo de 2021 y se disponga levantar esta medida de suspensión.

En ejercicio de la facultad prevista en el articulo 64 del Acuerdo 02 de 2015, SUSPENDER los terminos para fallar el presente proceso a partir de la fecha y hasta tanto se recaude la prueba decretada en el Auto del 7 de mayo de 2021 y la Sala Segunda de Revision disponga levantar esta medida.
- SEGUNDO. Contra este auto no procede recurso alguno.
